Natasha Pampin is a Somatic mentor, mental health coach and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner providing ethical, trauma-trained, and culturally responsive care. As an educator and practitioner, she empowers diverse leaders and individuals globally through applied somatic principles, facilitating personal and professional transformation.
Natasha was born in Florida and raised between Buenos Aires and the United States — a bicultural upbringing that would come to shape her understanding of identity, resilience, and the body as a site of both wounding and healing. From an early age, she was drawn to questions of justice, belonging, and what it means to live fully in one's own skin.
She began her professional life in the social justice and environmental rights space, working for nearly a decade in public relations and production — supporting NGOs, advocacy campaigns, and initiatives, and Co-founded Good Pitch Argentina — to raise awareness on pressing global issues. It was meaningful work, but it came at a cost. Over time, her physical and mental health began to signal what her mind had not yet caught up to. She turned toward holistic therapies: bodywork, plant medicines, and eventually Focusing Oriented Therapy, which opened the door to the world of somatics.
Something shifted. She knew she had found the thread she wanted to follow.
Simultaneously, she completed certifications in professional life coaching and Non-Violent Communication, and continued to consult with NGOs and corporate work teams across Argentina and the United States — bridging the professional and the personal in everything she did.
Then came the unexpected. Her brother was diagnosed with AML — acute myeloid leukemia — and Natasha became his primary caregiver through a harrowing experience and bone marrow transplant. Sitting with him through those months, she witnessed something she could not unfeel: the way the nervous system reaches for connection in its most challenging moments, and how healing is relational at its root. The experience cracked her open and made her direction undeniable. She enrolled in the three-year Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner training and committed fully to the somatic healing arts.
Shortly after completing her training, she moved to New York City and began working as a mental health practitioner at Lyra Health. In nearly four years, she supported +500 clients across more than 3,200 session hours — working with individuals from every corner of the world through mental health challenges and personal growth. She developed her range by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, receiving advanced training in CBT and ACT practices, neurodivergent-affirming care, culturally responsive care, and attachment work.
Her credentials, training, and hands-on experience include: Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), Certified Professional Life Coach (ICF), Mental Health Practitioner (Lyra Health), Polyvagal-Informed Certificate (Polyvagal Institute), Attachment and Somatics (Trauma and Somatics), and Non-Violent Communication. Since 2014, she has been facilitating workshops, offering individual sessions, hosting retreats, and teaching and training others in the arts of somatics and trauma-informed work.
Today, Natasha holds a private practice online and in person — based in New York City full-time and in Buenos Aires seasonally — where she offers personalized, trauma-trained, and culturally responsive care to individuals ready to grow beyond their protective patterning. She provides somatic mentorship for coaches, practitioners, and therapists, teaches at Trauma and Somatics, is Co-founder of Somatica Studio (a Latin American somatic education hub) and continues to build toward a world where somatic literacy and relational attunement are not the exception but the foundation.
