Somatic Trauma
Centered Care
In service to trauma resolution and the cultivation of resilience, through culturally attuned care, trauma education, and somatic mentorship.
My approach
Rooted in a deep commitment to fostering growth and aliveness, my approach to care centers on creating a safe, culturally responsive, and empowering environment for individuals navigating the complexities of trauma and human challenges. I believe in the inherent capacity for resilience within each person and strive to facilitate their journey toward resolution through evidence-informed practices tailored to their unique experiences.
My commitment extends beyond individual interactions to encompass outreach and education, integrating professional training with insights gained from ongoing research.
About me
Natasha Pampin is a trauma-trained Somatic Mentor, Mental Health and Leadership Coach and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting clients across the globe. Argentine-American by origin, Natasha grew up navigating two distinct cultures and socio-economic realities — an early education in adaptability, resilience, and the body's capacity to meet change.
Her work integrates Somatic Experiencing®, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Dynamics, Focusing-Oriented practices, and Non-Violent Communication to offer personalized, culturally responsive care. With 3,200+ session hours supporting 524 clients at Lyra Health and a private practice spanning New York City and Buenos Aires, she brings clinical depth and lived warmth to every encounter.
Natasha is co-founder of Somatica Studio, a faculty member at Trauma and Somatics, and has been facilitating workshops, retreats, and practitioner trainings since 2014. She offers individual sessions, somatic mentorship, and group work for those ready to grow beyond their protective patterns.

My Somatic Mentorship and Consultation sessions provide practitioners a supportive and insightful space to deepen their somatic trauma-informed skills and approaches.
Through a blend of theoretical exploration, experiential exercises, and case consultation, I guide you in refining your understanding of trauma's impact on the body and expanding your toolkit with practical somatic techniques. These personalized sessions are designed to cultivate greater confidence, enhance your intuition, recognize your scope, and empower you to navigate complex client presentations with clarity, ethical awareness, and effective interventions.

My group offerings provide dynamic and engaging learning environments encompassing trauma-informed practitioner trainings, Non-Violent Communication workshops, accessible somatic drop-in sessions, and bespoke workshops or trainings meticulously crafted to meet the unique needs of each group.
Through experiential learning, collaborative exploration, and a somatic lens, participants gain practical skills and embodied understanding in areas such as trauma-informed care, compassionate communication, and various somatic techniques.
“Working with Natasha over the past 2.5 years has been a profound gift. Her deep, compassionate presence and heartfelt somatic attunement create a space where I feel truly seen and met.
Through her steadiness, I am learning to ride my trauma activations rather than be consumed by them, allowing me to thaw, heal, and move toward living with greater flow, ease, and inner resilience.
The impacts have not only been personal but have deeply shaped my professional presence and journey. I constantly affirm how blessed I am to have met and continue my work with Natasha.”
